For the automatic packaging of products in trays with modified atmosphere, with film and cap.

The KSM RTS 700 compact model consists of the below sub-systems:
-Four stations rotating table with four cup slots.
-Film unrolling system controlled by photocell and used film rolling system.
-Film printing device.
-Automatic tray feeding mechanism.
-Atmosphere modification device.
-Film sealing device.
-Automatic cap feeding and placing device.

And it works as follows:
The rotating table stops to four stations.
-In the first station the tray is automatically placed into the slot of the rotating table.
-In the second station the tray is filled with product from the feeding system.
-In the third station atmosphere in the tray is modified and the film is sealed.
-In the fourth station the cap is automatically fed and placed on the tray.The ready tray comes out from the rotating table.
